If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee for all pieces. ALL returns or exchanges must be pre-authorized. Jewelry must be returned in original, unworn condition with all original paperwork and no signs of damage or alteration. Jewelry that has been modified, resized or altered in any way cannot be returned/refunded.

Due to the fact that I work with solid gold, precious stones, and that each item is custom made per order at the studio, jewelry that is $300 and above, or pieces that have been modified, resized or altered in any way cannot be refunded. However, we give 100% guarantee and offer a replacement or a modification if required, upon your request.

Buyer pays for return shipping but you must contact me with a return request beforehand, and I will give you specific return instructions.
